We chose to analyze the state of the sector by sampling leading organizations in the Serbian NGO sector. By choosing approximately 10% of the active NGOs, we want to point to strengths, but also weaknesses in the organization and work of NGOs.

We believe the INGOC will serve as a crucial element in future evaluating of sustainable development of Serbian NGO sector.
